Body Massage

Enjoy a relaxing full body massage or back, neck and shoulder massage, accompanied by aromatherapy oils.

Sports Massage

Injuries and conditions sustained through sport, work, day-to-day activities and postural related pain can all be treated with sports massage. It can be extremely beneficial after a period of illness, an accident or surgery.

Deep tissue techniques and pressures are used to release restriction, reduce pain and promote circulation and lymphatic drainage.  Quite often, this type of massage can be quite painful although after treatment clients will experience considerable relief from the condition.  Subsequent treatments may be necessary.  In many cases, stretching and strengthening exercises of particular muscle groups will be prescribed for the client to speed up recovery.

Massage treatments are available in fully equipped treatment rooms at  Fitness Matrix, Grosvenor Place, Jesmond and  BodyMechanix, Coopies Lane, Morpeth.

Massage therapy is also carried out in the workplace.
