Sue Clark - Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist

Sue is the founder and owner of Sue Clark Health & Fitness and has worked in the industry for seven years.  She currently works with a broad range of male and female clients, of all ages (from 17 to 73) and fitness levels.  Clients often comment that behind that sweet smile lies a very tough task master!!!!!  Sue likes to provide fun, creative and challenging workouts that are in line with clients needs, while taking a holistic approach to general health and welllbeing looking at areas such as energy levels, stress and sleep.   In additional to Personal Training, Sue is also a qualified Sports Massage therapist and has a large and varied client base covering office workers, amateur sports/fitness enthusiasts and those just looking for general maintenance.

Sue also manages Wellbeing At Work, the Corporate side of the business, providing fitness bootcamps, healthy lifestyle workshops, stress management workshops and on-site massage.






Liz Davies - Personal Trainer and Lower Back Pain Specialist

 

Liz works with clients of all ages and fitness levels helping them to achieve a variety of goals.  Liz specialises in postural assessments that focus upon pre and post rehabilitation by correcting muscle imbalances; helping not only with general fitness, but improving general wellbeing and preventing injuries.  As a keen athlete training mainly in running, cycling and swimming, she enjoys creating tailor made plans to help recreational athletes perfect their fitness and technique ready for their events. Whether you have just signed up to a new activity or are looking to improve your performance for an event, she can offer sports specific programmes to help.

In addition to personal training, posture correction and sports training, Liz also offers a variety of different approaches to nutrition; from improving day to day eating habits, to providing sport specific nutritional advice to help athletes get the most out of their race day performance.

Liz  trains clients in the Studio, outside, and also offers a full mobile service if you wish to train at home.  Liz also runs our Ladies Only Running Club every Wednesday evening at 6:15pm.
