It can improve joint flexibility and help heal scar tissue. Other known benefits include the reduction of blood pressure, tension related headaches, reduction in physical fatigue and improvement in joint flexibility.  The skin's natural functions will be stimulated improving the condition of the skin and the warmth created will help relax the body physically and mentally. 


A range of oils, including aromatherapy oils, can be used in this treatment.  The treatment itself will be personalised to your needs, as no two people are alike.
