On-Site Massage

On-Site Massage is based on the principles of Anma, a traditional Japanese massage, usually lasting between 15 and 30 minutes. The client is seated in an ergonomic, portable chair which completely supports the body in total comfort, allowing easy access to your acupressure points -without the removal of clothing or use of oils.

This massage significantly reduces muscle tension in the upper body by concentrating on the areas most affected by prolonged repetitive work, specifically the head, neck, shoulders arms and hands. It helps to stimulate and balance the flow of energy throughout the body, in turn stimulating the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems promoting endorphin release - leaving you feeling great in a relaxed, energised and clearly focused frame of mind.

On-Site Massage is an extremely effective, convenient and popular Complementary Therapy for the workplace.
